JMAN - Wonderflow Records Amsterdam

JMAN

Croydon-raised, UK-built, and relentlessly live. Jman is a shape-shifting MC who moves between boom-bap, bass, and band-led arrangements with the same ferocity he brings to the stage. Fronting Jman & The Argonautz and co-founding the cult duo Babylon Dead with producer Illinformed.

Who he is:

Origin: Croydon/London, UK
Known for: Elite live shows, lyrical agility, and cross-scene versatility (hip-hop, dubstep, grime, band). Early on, Jman hosted sets in the UK bass circuit and was voted Best Dubstep MC (2011) before pivoting deeper into hip-hop.
